Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for the Atascadero WineFest! Whether you're a long-time attendee or this is your first time at our event, we're covering some common questions we get about this festival. Still, have questions? Give us a call at (805) 466-2044.
CAN I JOIN THE FESTIVAL IF I DON'T WANT TO DRINK?
Yes, you can! We offer Designated Driver Tickets at a discounted price. So you can explore the wine festival and have fun with friends and family. These tickets do not include a wine glass for tasting or access to tastings.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Definitely! This is a family-friendly event so kids with accompanied parents are welcome. They will not need a ticket to gain entry, only the accompanying guardian will need to purchase a ticket.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
No, dogs and other animals are not allowed at the festival.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Absolutely! We have some of the best food vendors on the Central Coast. You'll be able to purchase their food during the event.
WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE THERE?
There will be plenty of activities for you to enjoy at the Wine Fest.

You can enjoy the Wines & Wildlife Experience which allows you to get up close and personal with zoo animals.

Dance your heart out to the live music.

Strike a pose in front of Lola's Letters, larger-than-life words that are found throughout the festival.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE WINE FESTIVAL?
While you don't need to bring anything to the wine festival, there are a few items that we recommend you bring that will help you enjoy the experience to the fullest!

A lawn/lounge chair that you can set up and relax in while sipping your wine.

A picnic blanket that you can spread out, so that your friends can comfortably join you.

Sunscreen and sunglasses, are a must for a summer festival. While there will be plenty of trees and shade, sunglasses and sunscreen never hurt.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS TO THE FESTIVAL?
No, there will be water available at the festival with Hydration Stations. We'll supply the wine!
WHAT BANDS ARE PLAYING?
Enjoy live music by local artists, there will be 3 jazz trios this year!
